Who We Are

This site is operated by PowerSource Performance Holdings, Inc. (dba PowerSource Performance Fitness & Barbell Club) (“PowerSource,” “we,” “us”) at 25427 Rye Canyon Rd, Valencia, CA 91355. For privacy questions or to use the rights below, email info@psperform.com.

Information We Collect

• Information you send us: your name, email, phone number, what you’re interested in and any message, when you use a form on this site.
• Technical data: browser type, general device information, IP address and pages viewed, which our hosting provider processes to deliver and secure the site.
• Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics collects page views and whether a form was sent, using cookies, to help us understand how the site is used. Error monitoring (Sentry) may record technical details of errors; any session recording masks text and media.
• Embedded maps: the map on our contact page is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when it loads.

Our Google rating and reviews are fetched by our server directly from Google; showing them does not send your information to Google.

How We Use Information

To respond to your inquiry, set up your visit, contact you about memberships and programs you asked about, operate and improve the site, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Sharing

We use service providers to run the site and follow up with you: website hosting (Netlify), our membership and customer system (Wodify), email delivery, Google (analytics and maps) and error monitoring (Sentry). They process information for us under their own policies. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly, for example for cross-context advertising; if we ever use advertising pixels, we will update this policy and honor opt-out requests, including Global Privacy Control signals.

Cookies

We use cookies or similar storage only for site operation and, if enabled, analytics. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.

Do Not Track: browsers’ “Do Not Track” signals have no common standard, so this site does not change its behavior in response to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

Health and Fitness Information

Please don’t send medical details through our forms beyond what’s needed to plan your first visit. PowerSource is a training facility, not a healthcare provider.

U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising or “sales” as defined by state law. Email info@psperform.com to make a request. We will verify your request as the law requires and won’t treat you differently for using these rights.

Retention

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and follow up, and longer if you become a member (your membership records are then covered by your membership agreement and our membership system).

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information in violation of COPPA. Youth program inquiries should come from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may ask us to review or delete a child’s information by emailing info@psperform.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here with a new date.
